Set up in 1977, the growth of Saraswat Associates is a glowing reward to its founder Adv. M. L. Saraswat. Under his visionary leadership and mentoring Adv. Vivek Saraswat, younger son of Shri M.L. Saraswatworked hardand helped the firm to emerge as one of the better known law firms in Chhattisgarh. Since its inception, it continues to serve a diverse clientele, including corporate, firms and individuals. Presently, the firm has operations in the area of five tax laws covered by CG Commercial Tax Act viz. Commercial Tax (Now VAT), Central Sales Tax Act, Entry Tax Act, Professional Tax Act and Luxury Tax Act.We offer complete solutions to deal with not only the routine legal compliances but also the complex legal issues.
